For the launch of The New BMW R12 Family, we delivered an impactful unveiling experience. Working closely with the BMW team, we developed a continuous reveal journey that involved many aspects.

Objective

Create a premium launch event that positions the BMW R12 Family as the ultimate cruiser, delivering a sensory journey that translates the thrilling experience of driving the new BMW.

Concept

The reveal of the vehicle was the star of the show along with branded backdrops and screens highlighting the main features of the product. The creative element was having a live artist drawing on helmets, creating an experiential design that was a carefully crafted journey.

Execution

The experiential design involved premium coverage, catering, live show, branding, and unveiling — each evoking different sensations. Fans got a special sense of what it’s like to drive the new vehicle and had the chance to pose with it.

Results

A successful immersive event that exceeded client expectations, generated significant social media engagement, and established a new benchmark for automotive launches in the region.
